Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vendor Operations Analyst to manage
relationships with third-party partners and support supply chain
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage work order and vendor invoicing compliance, resolving
interface errors and developing mitigation strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of work
schedules with vendor contracts and operational procedures
Monitor vendor performance, provide insights on performance gaps,
and assist with corrective actions and follow-ups
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or
university
Experience in Supplier Management, Relationship Management, or
related Procurement
Preferred experience in Facility Management operations
Strong analytical ability
Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
applications
