As part of our team, you'll contribute to a high-demand facility, ensuring that food products are correctly handled and stored in compliance with safety regulations.In this role, your responsibilities include operating forklifts to load and unload trucks, placing food products in the appropriate areas, and adhering to safety guidelines. You'll also conduct regular inspections and help maintain the overall cleanliness and efficiency of the cold storage area.We offer this position (Forklift Operator):Pay Rate: $18/hr for 1st shift, $18.50/hr for 2nd shiftShift Options:1st shift: Monday to Thursday, 5am to 3pm2nd shift: Monday to Thursday, 5pm to 3amWeekend 1st shift: Friday to Sunday, 5am to 5:30pmWeekend 2nd shift: Friday to Sunday, 5pm to 5:30amA $100 bonus for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI.Weekly pay.The potential to be hired permanently after 500 hours with good attendance, attitude, and performance.Qualifications for this role include:Minimum one year of experience as a forklift operator.Must be comfortable working in cold storage environments (38 -F).Ability to pass a drug screen, including THC.Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English.High school diploma or GED required.Ability to stand, walk, lift, and push up to 100% of the time.Commitment to safety and following company protocols.Take this opportunity to be part of a team that values your expertise and dedication.
