Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Supervisor to oversee
the Customer Service Team and enhance customer service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee customer service staff and manage shipment activities from
assignment to delivery
Monitor inbound customer communications and provide real-time
support to team members
Ensure service excellence and maintain accurate records of all
customer interactions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree
preferred
Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in military or
relocation services
Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements
Experience in a multi-channel contact center environment
preferred
Strong understanding of contact center metrics and business
acumen
