Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate who is
highly motivated and passionate about helping customers and
teammates succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers via phone, email, and text
Utilize Google Suite for data-related tasks
Collaborate with other Customer Operations Associates on larger
projects
Required Qualifications
2+ years in a Customer Support, Success, or Operations role
Experience with Google Suite or other spreadsheet software
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Confidence in making independent decisions while escalating issues
as needed
Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and communicate
effectively with customers
