Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Operations Administrator to
support the Director of Customer Operations and ensure excellent
service delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing
inquiries and resolving issues
Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, providing
training and resources
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support
cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related
field, or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in customer service, project coordination,
or operations in a data center or technology-driven environment
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Wrike, Microsoft
Project, or similar)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage
multiple priorities
