Job Description:

A company is looking for a Client Experience Advocate to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries.



Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email and phone
Document and categorize client inquiries in the system using appropriate task codes
Track inquiries to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of industry experience in client services, preferably in title or real estate
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook; experience with tracking and CRM systems a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively and accept supervision
