Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide empathetic support to customers during roadside
emergencies
Efficiently navigate a multi-screen web system while assisting
customers
Communicate effectively with customers and service providers to
ensure timely solutions
Required Qualifications
Genuine passion for helping others, supported by volunteer
experience or community involvement
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google
Workspace
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical
support roles
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Must reside in specified states and pass a criminal background
check
