Job Description:
A company is looking for a Group Retirement Onboarding
Specialist to assist with onboarding new plans for their retirement
product.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with onboarding new plans and serve as the main point of
contact for various stakeholders
Track activity of each plan and provide milestone updates
throughout the onboarding process
Field and handle plan-level inquiries from internal and external
parties
Required Qualifications
1+ years of customer service experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals course must be completed within
12 months of hire
Product knowledge of defined contribution plans is preferred
Ability to adapt to various technology resources
