A company is looking for a Lead Procurement Specialist
responsible for managing the sourcing and procurement process.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs,
quality, and delivery
Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable
pricing and terms
Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and maintain
effective supplier relationships
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain
management, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in sourcing and procurement
Experience with FAR/DFARS regulations governing government
contracts
Proficiency in managing purchase orders and supplier
relationships
Ability to perform market research for optimal procurement
strategies
