Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renewables Real Estate
Attorney/Counsel specializing in energy storage.
Key Responsibilities
Lead lease negotiations, land options, purchase agreements, and
easements for utility-scale renewable projects
Draft and negotiate legal land agreements and support the Real
Estate team with due diligence processes
Coordinate with stakeholders involved in land acquisition and
project financing legal initiatives
Required Qualifications
3+ years of legal experience in large infrastructure land
development transactions, preferably in a licensed attorney
role
Solid experience with land title issues, mineral rights, and
project development permitting processes
Proven experience drafting and reviewing real estate documents such
as purchase agreements and leases
Strong background in land negotiations and commercial real estate
transactions
Working knowledge of the utility-scale renewables project
lifecycle, including interconnection and permitting
