Responsibilities:
What We're Looking For:Experienced climbers only - telecommunications background requiredStrong work ethic, attendance, and physical staminaAbility to work at heights of 300+ feet with 70+ lbs of gearSafety-first mindset and adherence to OSHA standardsWillingness to travel extensively throughout the MidwestValid safety certifications preferred (Paid renewals provided)Key Responsibilities:Install, repair, and maintain wireless telecom equipment on towersWork safely at extreme heights in various weather conditionsOperate hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipmentTroubleshoot and resolve telecom system issues efficientlyFollow strict safety procedures and regulationsMentor and train junior tower techniciansTravel for projects, with most weekends spent at homePhysical Demands:Climb, maneuver, twist, and operate at heights exceeding 300 feetLift and carry up to 100 lbs as neededWork outdoors in rain, snow, and extreme temperaturesStand, kneel, crouch, and crawl as part of daily tasks

Qualifications:
Job Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in tower climbing or telecom constructionProficiency in rigging, tower erection, and antenna installationFamiliarity with RF, fiber optics, and telecom infrastructureAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematicsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailValid driver's license and clean driving recordComfortable working in a team-oriented, high-performance environmentCPR, First Aid, and OSHA 10/30 certifications (preferred but not required)Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and climbing gearAbility to work independently while maintaining communication with the teamUnderstanding of industry regulations and commitment to job-site safetyAbility to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently under challenging conditions
