Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter to manage the
end-to-end recruitment process for clinical roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical positions, including job
posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer
negotiation
Utilize various sourcing methods to build a strong candidate
pipeline and partner with stakeholders to create effective
recruitment strategies
Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain a structured
recruitment process while providing an exceptional candidate
experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in clinician
recruiting
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and working
with hiring managers
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Lever
Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in using various recruitment
tools
Knowledge of relevant employment laws and a data-driven mindset for
utilizing metrics in recruitment strategies
