Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead its talent
acquisition team and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and support the recruitment team to achieve hiring
goals and deadlines
Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate
experience and collaborating with hiring managers
Conduct data analysis and prepare recruitment reports to evaluate
effectiveness and drive decision-making
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager or in a similar role
At least 5 years of recruiting experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a
team
Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems
(ATS)
Excellent data analysis and reporting skills; advanced proficiency
in Excel or Google Sheets is preferred
