Location: Wyoming, MI 49519
Shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM (Every other weekend)
Payment Breakdown:
$20/ hr. on W2 ($720 weekly) + $38/hr. as Stipend ($1,368 weekly max stipend)
Responsibilities:
--- Provide direct care to adult and geriatric patients in the Telemetry unit, monitoring vital signs and cardiac rhythms.
--- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
--- Assess patient conditions and collaborate with the healthcare team to create care plans.
--- Document changes in patient condition in Epic and communicate with the medical team.
--- Ensure patient safety and comfort, responding to emergencies as needed.
--- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-care instructions.
Requirements:
--- Minimum 2 years of experience in Telemetry nursing (First-time travelers accepted)
--- BLS certification required
--- Ability to float within scope of practice
--- Local candidates accepted (no radius rule)
