A company is looking for a Nurse Triage Supervisor for their
Patient Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the nurse triage team, ensuring
high-quality patient care and compliance with clinical
protocols
Support escalated clinical cases and collaborate with healthcare
professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Monitor team performance against operational and financial metrics,
providing reports and feedback to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a contact center nurse triage agent,
including 1+ years in a supervisory role
Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN preferred)
Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice
Familiarity with triage protocols and advanced clinical assessment
skills
Proficiency in using technology to enhance team processes and
operations
