• Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (with flexible scheduling) Compensation:

    • Employee Referral Bonus Responsibilities Include:
      • Provide physical therapy services as prescribed by consumer's physician for adults and adolescents with head injuries, spinal cord injuries, chronic pain, general orthopedic rehabilitation needs, and/or neurological behavioral issues as part of an interdisciplinary team.
      • Physical Therapy includes evaluations, recommendations for purchasing equipment in preparation for patient discharge, creating treatment plans, completing progress reports, and daily documentation. Coordinate external equipment as needed.
      • Develop home exercise programs (restorative program) for long term patients, and train restorative aides.
      • Perform physical therapy interventions with the following equipment: SoloStep, Rifton Walker, Lite Gait, Aquatic Therapy, Pressure Map System for Seating.
      • Familiarity with all departmental equipment, and ability to implement equipment according to consumer goals/needs. On-Call Physical Therapist Schedule:
        • On-call availability Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation:

              • Conducting evaluations and assessments.
              • Improving strength, balance, endurance, coordination, joint range of motion, muscle flexibility, and movement patterns.
              • Designing and instructing in execution of, home exercise programs to client and direct care staff.
              • Prepare clinical treatment plans and progress notes for clients seen. Job Requirements for Both Roles:
                • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
                • Licensure as a Physical Therapist.
                • Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) preferred.

                  • 1 - 2 years: Neuro Rehab experience with CVA, TBI, SCI Licenses & Certifications Required
