Capstone Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Infusion for a
travel nursing job in Saginaw, Michigan.Job Description &
Requirements
Candidates within a 50 mile radius of the facility will not be
considered.
Active MI RN license
1+ year of RN experience
Will take ICU/ED Experience, but prefer Infusion Experience
Oncology Experience - Highly Preferred
Epic Experience - Preferred
Job Description:
This position has basic knowledge of pathophysiology of cancer and
is able to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for these
special patients.
(30%)* Regularly assesses patient's/client's needs and provides
skilled nursing services as prescribed by the physician authorized
plan of care, and accepted standards of nursing practice.
(30%)* Provides direct resident care, including medication
administration, treatments, call lights, assisting with transfers,
responding to alarms, etc. Demonstrates a consistent high level of
customer services and compassion when delivering care to
patients.
(20%)* Evaluates effectiveness of treatment plan and makes
suggestions or participates in updating/revising the treatment plan
in collaboration with other team members, utilizing current
information to improve patient care.
(10%)* Processes physician/provider orders and performs physician
ordered care accurately, completely and in a timely manner.
(10%)* Follows up regarding medication changes and order
