  • Preferred Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Surgical Technologist.
    
  • Preferred Certification: CST (local facility requirement).
    
  • A minimum of 18 months experience as a CST or Associate or Bachelor's degree.
    
  • Five years' work experience if no Surgical Technologist program completed.
    
  • Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.
    
  • Interpersonal skills for effective patient and staff interaction.
    
  • Analytical skills for organizing and preparing operating rooms.
    
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift patients.
    
  • Manual dexterity for operating medical equipment.
