eligible/board certified, Gastroenterology physician to serve as an
inpatient specialist focusing on acute GI care. High caliber,

- This opportunity is well-suited for physicians passionate about
providing comprehensive inpatient services as GI Hospitalist for
the full spectrum of gastrointestinal diseases.
- New graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Community based hospital with academic affiliation with the
University of Michigan
- Two weeks per month; with a 7 on/7 off schedule
- Take new IP consults, IP rounding on GI service, perform
general GI procedures
- Dedicated IP Endoscopy suite
- No clinic responsibility
- Join Experienced, well-respected Gastroenterology providers;
includes Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) on the team
- Your partners include dedicated IBD Specialists, Hepatologists
and Advanced Endoscopist
- Ability to work closely with a partnering team of specialists
encompassing 37+ specialty care and hospital-based service lines;
on site surgery, on site IR support, colorectal surgery
support
- 24/7 IM Hospitalist coverage in house for all admissions
- Extensive primary care referral network
- Opportunities for program collaboration, mentorship, and
research if desired
