Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Clinical Operations to
oversee clinical operations and utilization management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily utilization management and direct medical care for
members
Monitor service level agreements and turnaround timeframes related
to inventory management
Support and lead a production-based team, including hiring and
coaching Client Service Coordinators
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted RN license
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
1-2 years of experience with global workforce and clinical quality
metrics
2-4 years of operations and utilization management experience in
managed care or hospital settings
2-4 years of previous management experience or equivalent
mentoring/leading experience
