  • Job Details
  • This position will be working in Intensive Care (ICU) and Step-down (SDU) which are in the Intermediate Intensive Care Unit.
  • Develops, coordinates and delivers care to critically ill patients from adolescent to geriatric.
  • Cares for a wide variety of patient diagnoses, including medical, surgical, cardiac and neurosurgical.
  • Maintains the standards of professional nursing.
  • Supervises CNA/SNA, LPN or other health care workers as assigned.

    • 2+ years of ICU experience - Required
    • Travel experience - Preferred
    • Health system-wide profile standards
      • Unit Specific Information
      • ICU beds: 10
      • RN to patient ratio: 1:2
      • Dress Code: Bright Blue or Gray Scrubs
        • Additional Details
        • Travelers will be required to work the holidays
        • Nonbillable Hours: 12 hours on bill rates over specific rate per hour removed
        • OT/Holiday/Call back Markups: 1.1x Regular rates
        • Extension Discount: amount on the initial extension removed
        • McLaren's local traveler policy is to take a certain reduction from the traveler rate.
