Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Performance Senior Manager
to support transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support the transformation lead in delivering initiative ambitions
and drive execution excellence
Manage transformation workstreams and facilitate decision-making
with senior leaders
Design and execute change management strategies and coordinate
across transformation teams
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's
degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or
Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12
years of relevant experience
Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
preferred
Experience planning and executing large-scale projects requiring
cross-functional collaboration
Experience advising leaders on strategy and complex business
problem resolution
Familiarity with Smartsheet and MS Teams
