Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Engineer to manage and improve IT
services in a digital-first workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee SaaS application management and support for critical IT
cloud-based tools
Automate IT processes and improve service delivery through run
books and playbooks
Collaborate with teams to design and implement scalable and secure
IT solutions
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience as an IT Engineer or similar role
Experience with SSO protocols and enterprise-grade solutions like
Okta
Familiarity with application integrations and automations in tools
like Workato
Working knowledge of MDM production environments with 500+
endpoints
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for critical
incidents
