Job Description Provides analytical and specialized
administrative support to relieve and assist a Line of Business.
Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties.
Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather
information and prepare reports. Works on complex assignments where
independent action and a high degree of initiative are required in
resolving problems and developing recommendations. Acts
independently to determine methods and procedures on new
assignments.
- Determines priorities based on department goals and
objectives.
- Acts as an information resource for LOB level management, using
judgment in determining the immediacy and relative importance of
the issue at hand and in deciding on taking appropriate
action.
- Consistently plans, organizes and implements projects utilizing
available resources to accomplish objectives.
- Works on assignments that require using considerable discretion
and judgment to make decisions.
- Assists executive in development and preparation of annual
operating budgets by collecting data on expenditure levels and cost
forecasts.
- Monitors spending against budgets and researches variances,
initiates cost transfers as appropriate.
- Receives limited instructions on new assignments.
- May determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
- Reports include financial and statistical analysis.
- May write internal publication materials and compose
correspondence.
- Performs administrative functions involving company private
data of major importance, such as product and financial data that,
if revealed would be detrimental to the company's interests.
- Interacts with external customers and corporate
executives.
- Performs general administrative duties such as making copies,
filing, scheduling appointments without prior clearance, setting up
computer access to company private information, etc.
- Makes domestic and/or international travel
arrangements.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- High School Diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with public speaking; presenting verbally to senior
personnel as needed.
- Proficient in MS Office Tools including database
manipulation
- Intermediate experience in Excel, Access , Word and
PowerPoint
- Detail oriented relative to data entry
- Execution Focus: Must be a highly organized individual. Able to
multi-task and prioritize the highest impact projects and execute
well under pressure while maintaining long-term strategic focus.

- Experience with development of SharePoint sitePreferred
Education, Experience, & Skills
- Associate's degree with 2+ years of business/communications
experience.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills; data analysis
ability a plus.
- 2+ years Project Management experience; demonstrated capability
to lead and manage projects.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range:
$47488 - $75980Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
