Job Description:
A company is looking for a Procedural Billing Specialist II in
Oncology & Therapeutic Infusion Centers Billing.
Key Responsibilities
Performs specialized coding services for complex inpatient and
outpatient medical visits
Provides financial counseling to patients, discussing payment
options and insurance coverage
Manages appeals processes for claims and ensures accurate entry of
charges and payments
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree or high school diploma/GED
7 years of experience in medical billing or health claims, with IDX
billing systems familiarity
Knowledge of ICD/CPT coding, preferably in specialized surgical
procedures
CPC (Certified Professional Coder) strongly preferred; required in
Oncology
