Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Banking Team Leader to lead
a team of Relationship Managers and drive growth in the business
banking segment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee execution of business segment strategy and drive growth for
new and existing relationships
Develop and maintain a network of business contacts to generate new
business and revenue
Lead team meetings to analyze results, forecast expectations, and
ensure execution of segment strategy
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
7+ years of Business Banking Relationship Management sales
experience and 3+ years leading a sales team
Strong knowledge of treasury management and business/commercial
credit analysis
Proven track record in business development and commercial loan
origination
Experience managing diverse business relationships across multiple
sectors
High School diploma or GED required; advanced degrees preferred
