Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Manager responsible for
overseeing claims production, billing, follow-up, collections, and
compliance with third-party payer regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee billing and collections processes, ensuring accuracy and
timeliness
Provide operational oversight and mentorship to the Billing
Coordinator
Monitor revenue cycle indicators and implement corrective action
plans as necessary
Required Qualifications:
Experience working in Cerner
High school graduate or GED equivalent
5 years previous hospital billing experience
Working knowledge of insurance regulations and automated insurance
billing
2 years Medicare hospital billing experience preferred
